Refund policy

At Glow by Soosoo, we care about your satisfaction and want every shopping experience to be enjoyable. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund. Please note that final sale or clearance items are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, customers should provide proof of purchase. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles are available once the original item is returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or an incorrect product was delivered.
